We offer our customers fast and secure door-to-door delivery with CORREOS. Transit time is 48 hours (working days) for shipments to Spain and Portugal.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Yes. Exchanges for size or colour (or another product) are possible within 15 working days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from your return request confirmation.
Yes. Returns must be shipped with your chosen courier and paid in advance. If the parcel is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Once your return is approved (items must be unworn and with original tags), you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within a few days. Timing depends on your bank.
